Abstract

This study case is written about typical tour and travel. Tour and travel always a good stategy to get a  customer  because  nowdays  there  aretoo  many  choices  of  tour  and  travel.  Many  people  always search a package a trip with the best brand of tour and travel. In the research, the are 3 variabels such a brand, price , and quality service of a tour and travel. The purpose of this writing to know how those variabel are going affect people in making decision while chosing a tour and travel. The data  gathered  by  giving  out  a  100  questionnaries  via  google  docs.  It  said  the  brand  the  most affective,  comporing  a  price,  service  quality  of  a  tour  and  travel.  Customer  have  motivation  for choosing  a  tour  package  for  a  travelling.  Customer  must  carefull  to  choose  a  tour  package  for  a nice travelling with each other. Customer selection very carefully for a tour agent for a travelling. Customer  must  have  a  experience  for  a  travelling  for  him  self  to  make  a  comfort  travelling  with friend or family. Tour package make youtr travelling completely and easy to reservation to tour and travel.
